The person who answered told me no negative remarks were on my account but my lease was terminated therefore my payment would be returned to me. I wanted to make sure no derogatory remarks were sent to the credit bureau so I called in to confirm. I went into the Infiniti Finance portal and paid my balance. After several months, I began receiving calls from a collection agency multiple times a day. Infiniti failed to inform me I owed a balance after terminating my lease. Infiniti Financial Customer Service is Non-Existent I would recommend any one to go to theee people when you want to buy a car.! Worst dealer Fette Infiniti in NJ and the worst customer services with Infiniti financial services. No one knows and I can’t get in contact with the dept that has to issues the refund to me. Even their customer services don’t know why it’s taking that long for the refund to process. They being holding my overpaid money for almost 4 months now. The worst you can do is deal with Nissan or Infiniti. I advice everyone not to buy from this people, when you want to buy they are the best because they want you but once you signed contract with them then is the run round. Their customer services don’t know what the hell they are doing and they all tell me the same thing we understand your frustration this is being on for a while we just don’t understand why that dept has not issues you the refund they can see the check and their endorsement on the check which mean that Infiniti got the money. I already paid off my loan and this $3734 is a refund that need to be issued to me since February. I’ve calling almost every day for the past 90 days and the only things they told me their will issue me a refund for the overpayments on my loan. They can’t do anything since they did their part. The warranty company send Infiniti the check back in February2022. Fete Infiniti in NJ are the worst along with Inifiniti financial services.! I’ve being going around in circle I cancelled my car warranty to which I should be able to get $3734 dollars this happened in April 2022 and is now May 2022 and they still have me going around in circle to issue me a refund. This is the worst customer services ever. After 20 years of owning Infinitis and Nissans, NEVER AGAIN! IFS has now reported us to all three credit bureaus, falsely stating that we are behind in payments, even though we have made all lease payments and fulfilled the purchase option terms sent to us by IFS. Seriously? So all lessees should assume that IFS does not have a clue what it is doing and contact them to see if the payoff amount is enough? No wonder the car business has such a bad reputation and the reviews of IFS are so dismal. The inept Senior Counsel of IFS actually wrote that we should have known that the payoff amount was incorrect and contacted them to receive the correct amount. Instead of receiving the title for our car in the mail, we received notification from IFS that IFS MADE A MISTAKE AND WOULD NOT RELEASE THE TITLE UNTIL WE SENT THEM MORE MONEY. IFS cashed the check and reported payoff to the credit bureau. The check was mailed to IFS the day we received the letter. The formal letter, emailed to us by IFS, clearly indicated that amount quoted included the payoff, sales tax and purchase option fee. At the end of our lease period, where all payments were made ON TIME, we were given an official payoff of the lease by IFS. It was recommended that we wait until the end of our lease period to obtain final payoff since payments needed to be credited to the account. About one month prior to the end our lease period, we contacted IFS and received a VERBAL estimate of payoff. Under no circumstances should anyone ever do business with IFS! It is a corrupt company that uses bad faith, along with techniques that could be described as extortion to withhold sending out titles.
